The house in which the apartment is located is a classic late-19th century porteño (Buenos Aires) building and was once the residence of Ángel della Valle (1855-1903), one of the great Argentine realist painters of that century.
Entering from the street, visitors pass through a airy passageway to the apartment located at the back of the building. Visitors are then greeted by an verdant private patio onto which all rooms look.
