If you have to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees applies:
- more than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% but at least 1 night charge
- between 30 and 20 days prior to arrival: 20% but at least 1 night charge
- between 20 and 7 days prior to arrival: 30% but at least 2 nights charge
- within 7 days prior to arrival: 50% but at least 3 nights charge
There will be no refund for no shows or shorter stays, unless the reservation was cancelled or changed in time (at least 3 days prior to arrival).
All cancellations need to be made in writing
We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting out of reservations which need to be cancelled due to the fact that a customer sent it with wrong dates or information. | | |
