Overview

Poncho Huasi is an old colonial house in the sleepy town of Cerrillos just outside Salta city, in the heart of the tobacco region.

Built of traditional adobe, with high beamed ceilings and period furniture, Poncho Huasi has been lovingly restored with the addition of some modern comforts, not least a large swimming pool.

We are ideally situated to explore the stunning variety of scenery and activities the North West has to offer; the Calchaquies valleys and the wine region of Cafayate to the south, the Quebrada de Humahuaca to the north, and San Antonio de los Cobres and the Puna to the west.
